The EP is called ‘Still Show Up’ after a mantra I’ve been using this year to remind myself to “show up” for myself, no matter how difficult the thing is or how lazy or discouraged I feel; just do the thing! It was hard; the world was burning around me, my thoughts were in constant disarray, and I'd never been so resilient with bringing my dreams to life. Despite it all, I managed to Still Show Up for myself, and made something that is highly imperfect and happily all mine. And my, does it feel good.
